My washer wasn’t draining like it should, so I called Rent-A-Center to get some repair help. The person I talked to on the phone was really nice and got everything set up quickly, which I appreciated.
It did take a couple extra days for the tech to come out, so that was kind of a pain. But once he showed up, he got it fixed and explained what was going on. Timing wasn’t perfect, but overall the help was solid.

I used Rent-A-Center to get a washer and dryer set, the whole lease-to-own process was simple. Everything was easy to understand, and I liked that I didn’t have to deal with a big credit check hassle.
The only downside is that it definitely costs more than just buying the set outright, so that’s something to think about. I’m doing weekly payments, which works for me, but you do notice the total adds up over time.
That said, it worked well for my situation. I like having the option to pay it off early, and the delivery showed up on time with really nice guys handling it. Overall, it was a low-stress experience
